Appearance: Pouring a hazy yellow straw color, this 30% wheat beer develops a white head with fine carbonation

Aroma: Tropical fruit dominates the aroma of this brew, citrus from the late kettle additions of cascade hops, and apricot from the 126 pounds of fruit added to this beer.

A- Hazy orange with a soft white head. Looks like your typical summer pounder.

S- Light tart wheat notes here with a little fruit. Apricot is present along with some strange, light characters.

T- Drinkable for sure with slight apricot flavor (less than #9) and a light body. Not a ton going on.

M- Light and drinkable. A significant amount of carbonation but it lightens up the beer and makes it enjoyably effervescent.

O- This is a good beer for people who tend to drink domestics and want something a little more flavorful on a hot day. Not enough apricot flavor to be a fruit beer but too much to just be a plain summer beer, which is fine. Prob wouldn't order again, but that's just me.

Served up in a footed tulip glass today at the brewery.

Appropriately hazy apricot color, thin layer of white foam on the surface, some spotty lacing here and there. Visible trails of carbonation at the edges.

Distinctive apricot aroma, soft and mellow like fresh fruit, not sweet. Some indication of a wheaty base beer behind that.

Crisp feel, expressive natural apricot notes, again not sweet but complimentary to the light base beer. Not artificial at all, the use of whole fruit is evident. Nicely balanced and nuanced. Moderate carbonation, quenching and easy drinking. Would have grabbed a growler if it wasn't $18...
