Ninkasi French Kriek is our authentic fruit beer, without colorings and artificial flavors, with an intense red color. We are proud of it! You will find a taste of ratafia cherry directly harvested in Isère at the Maye farm, a local producer.
Low in alcohol, this beer from our region, light and very thirst-quenching, has a balanced character between cereal notes coming from the malt and tangy aromas from the cherry juice.

Ruby color. Appears to be clear. No head and no lacing.
Mostly devoid of aroma. Maybe I get cranberry.
The first impression is of cough syrup, the children’s cherry kind. Relatively dry without any sourness to the taste. The flavor disappears after the swallow.
