Had on tap at one of their Lyon restaurants for lunch with a Veggie burger slathered in BBQ sauce.
I've tried wits before with BBQ and they work well, the fruits cut thru the BBQ spices... or it seems like that.
Anyhow, Blanche was the right accompaniment on their patio on a very warm spring day, probably one of the first here.
But, Blanche Looks bland for a wit, cloudy but not an active foam. She Smells about average as I get orange, wheat and coriander in that order. Tastes seem balanced of sweet malt/wheat and spices that complement well the sweet and sour of BBQ. Light to medium-mouthed for the style.

Yellow and hazy looks almost like apple juice. Medium head that quickly disappeared. Looks highly carbonated.
Smell is a little bland.
Initial taste also is a little bland. With a delayed little peppery kick.
Feels very carbonated in the mouth. So much so that it distracts from the taste.
Overall not very impressed. Don't think I would drink this again if I could avoid it.

Poured from a bottle to a pilsner glass
A - White, hazy, lively with a really white and heavy foam
S - Malts smell like bread, peppery
T - Not so tasty, lets a fruity aftertaste almost like an IPA
M - Very satisfying
O - Definitely not bad but don't expect too much.

Looks and smells wonderful, very fresh and enticing.
Medium bodied, frothy and unfiltered mouth feel, great carbonation.
Nice fruitiness upfront with a solid citrus hop presence.
Great wheat presence with a hint of earthiness from the yeast.
Finishes clean with a lingering fruity note and hint of spices.
Overall; great blend of a hefeweizen (mouthfeel) and witbier (flavor).
