Poured on-tap at the brewpub and served in a shaker pint, the beer is a crystal clear, caramel coloring, with a halo of white head. Nose of wood and smoke forward, with a subtle grain spicing throughout. Flavors are roasted and spicy grain forward, with a tangy caramel and toffee sweetness below. Smooth and light in mouth, with a tangy sweet and subtly smoked aftertaste. The finish is slick and smooth, with a subtle candy-sweet linger.
