Clear golden brew with a fine-grained cap of foam in the Leute Bokbier glass. Crisp mouthfeel, very light body, daintily carbonated. The mix of swell hops sound inviting but there's really just a hint of aromatics. It's all very elegant, just quite understated.
Hints of crackers and green beans. Alfalfa in the nose. Overall this is a pleasant gulp for a hot night. There's a little spice, a very modest touch of bitterness in the aftertaste. From the 12 oz bottle purchased at Bine & Vine.

Very solid and good example of the style. Finishes a smidge on the sweeter side than i would like personally. All the traditional points are there for this so you can't go wrong picking it for a pilsner/pale lager.

Poured from 12oz bottle into Pilsener glass. No date.
L: Clear straw yellow, half finger white head dissipates quickly.
S: Pilsener malt, with grassy hop notes.
T: Pilsener malt with grassy hop notes.
F: Light, crisp and clean.
O: Not a poorly executed Pilsener however this is very one dimensional. The label says they used Citra, Mandarina Bavaria and Huell Melon hops which all should lend a citrusy aroma or flavor to the beer however I only get grassy notes.
