16oz can. Poured out a slightly hazy, golden orange color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of citrus, pine and toasted caramel. Sweet caramel taste with a piney bitterness.

1st review of this beer on BA. Consumed on May 18, 2019 at the Strange Brew festival. Even though it was good, was prolly the least favorite of the 3 Sudwerk offerings they brought.
Pours a slightly hazy feint pink hue running through a yellow/amber cloudy beer with 1/3" white head. The aroma seemed to show off more cherry blossom than it did hoppiness or any other aspect of the beer. Not bad, just kind of a one trick pony in the aroma department.
Taste was also led by the cherry blossom, was underwhelmed by the "hoppy" designation, just didn't seem all that hoppy, but hoppiness isn't really Sudwerk's bag, baby. Was nice and everything, the lager yeast continued to push underneath on the flavor edge, so the hops came in 3rd place at best. Decent beer, would revisit if given the opportunity given that you don't get as much experimentation with lagers, so its got that going for it.
Taste was mild and inoffensive, slight lager yeast perceptible after the cherry blossom continued to occupy the main stage. The body seemed mild, possibly pilsner malt lightness and two row.
