Moderate carbonation is evident in the glass and when sitting on the tongue, however the feel is balanced and neither hop nor malt take center stage here. A pretty solid a Hef with nice notes of banana, clove, and just a hint of tropical fruit.

Pours from the bottle a slightly hazy gold straw, with light foaming. Light coriander note, slightly tart finish. Better than most, and an easy drinker for the summer.

On tap. Poured a cloudy, straw-yellow color with a small, off-white head of foam. It smelled of banana, clove, cracked wheat and yeast. Nice banana, clove and wheat taste.
