Red Wheat - As with all beer here, it is served in a standard pint with frosted glass (not chilled). The beer is a hazy rust color with an off-white collar. Good lacing.
Slight but inviting nose of milled grains and mild perfumy hops.
The taste is of grains, a bit of citrus (lemon rind) and something floral. It is slightly bitter in the finish.
The mouth is right in the wheelhouse with decent heft and a bit of slickness, easy drinker that is also easy to pair with food.
