Light brown color. Appears to be clear. Modest head which leaves some slippery streaks and spots after each sip.
There's an unusual candy-like sweetness to the nose. Some malt but no discernible hop.
This is a bit upside down. The hop bitterness shows up front with the finish having a strong caramel malt flavor. Fuller bodied with a lower carbonation level, very similar to the English style. The finish and aftertaste are thin but flavorful.
