Hazy, rich amber in color, solid finger of snow white head that is very persistent. Mild and earthy scent. Some herby, grassy notes. Not overwhelming. Strongly grassy flavor, smooth and delicious, minor bitterness in the lemon peel vein. Mouthfeel is insanely smooth, this may be my favorite IPA from these folks and a big part of it is this grand smoothness. Goes down easy and gives the impression that you could drink it all day. Overall it's a hard beer not to like. Smooth and well balanced, lets the hops shine without pounding your defenseless tongue.
