Enjoyed a pint pour at the Arcata taproom while enjoying lunch with Da Boss on 3-5-26 for $7.00
Beer was served light orange with a nice white head.
Nose had notes of bubble gum and light fruits.
Taste was a lighter pale malt base in which the yeast game me bubble gum, apple, and banana. Hopping was earthy and balanced the beer nicely.
Mouthfeel was light to medium bodied and both refreshing and smooth.
Overall, this was very reminiscent of the American style BPA's 15-20 years ago. Nicely done!
