A: Pours a light straw color; no head, no lacing
S: Tart apples with a delicious thick butterscotch/popcorn smell
T: Tart sour apple notes up front; quickly transitions into a soft, warm caramel/butterscotch flavor as it travels down the tongue. Tastes like a caramel/butterscotch candy green apple -- the taste is blowing me away it's so delicious.
M: Light thickness, lightly carbonated; super buttery and smooth as it travels down the tongue
O: This is the best sour beer I have ever had, period. It's so delicious and complex, and really feels like I'm drinking a candy apple-flavored sour beer. Too bad this will never leave the brewery, what a shame.
