“Another saison?”, you say. Hear me out: Brewmaster Matt Brynildson and team have created a small batch of outrageously drinkable light-bodied saison. Think “Duvel” meets “Dupont Saison”. The yeast is a French Saison type. The flavor sublime: Pear drop, earthy, peppery, with a soft sweet malt middle, a touch of candied sugar and Styrian Golding finish. After you taste this gem, you will be saying, “another saison, please!”
