A: Moderately-light bourbon upfront, with some vanilla, with some light lemony/citrus and light wood aroma.
A: Golden color, great clarity, with a solid dense white head that has great retention. Some lacing evident in the glass.
T: Light bourbon upfront with some citrus, light pepper and earth with some oak character. The beer is crisp and finishes dry.
M: Medium bodied with moderate carbonation.
O: Interesting; I was skeptical a session saison could work with bourbon, but this beer is surprisingly tasty. The beer is pretty fragrant with a great bourbon, citrus, wood character. The flavor is a bit more mild with a some interesting bourbon, citrus, funky earth wood character. Better than I was expecting and quite drinkable.
