West Coast Lager. A laid-back, hoppy golden lager bursting with flavors of orange, mango, kiwi, and melon. Brewed as an homage to our neighborhood and the SoCal way of life.

Appearance: Slightly cloudy light straw-yellow color with a medium-sized foamy white head that slowly faded. A nice looking beer.
Smell: Moderate pine aromas along with some mild fruity aromas.
Taste: As the nose suggested I pick up some pine notes, moderate fruit notes, with some faint bready malt notes also present. Some bitter hop notes make their presence felt in the finish of the beer allowing it to finishes moderately dry as the fruit notes subside. The hop notes also provide a bit of mild spiciness.
Mouth-feel: The body is light-bodied with a generous level of carbonation. Fitting for what it is.
Overall: A nice take on a Lager featuring the hop profile of a good IPA but not with the same upfront bite (IBUs) of a West Coast IPAs. A refreshing easy drinking beer.
