Classical Saison recipe with our friends at pFriem Family Brewers. Augmented with the addition of New Zealand Nelson & German Blanc dry hop, this beer was then aged for 1 month on Beersal Brettanomyces before packaging.

Bottle pour- opaque lemon yellow honey color with thick foamy white head leaving frosty lacing. Nose is mildly yeasty with a bit of sourish funk. Taste follows with some mild Belgian influence, very smooth. Finishes slightly dry with a bit of lingering yeasty/fruity esters.
