Pours the color of maize with a bright white head. Nose is pungent. Taste is also pungent at first, then the pear sweetness comes through. Sweetness carries across entire palate. Fairly dry finish.

Bottle pour - clear golden orange hue, short white head, minimal lacing w/ ring of tiny bubbles. Nose is light and funky with pear notes.Taste follows more or less. Fairly refreshing and tasty.

I had this on draft 6/1/25 @ the Hopleaf.

Mostly see-through dull orange/yellow appearance; champagne bubbles throughout.

Nice noisy eggshell-colored head which quickly dissipated; nice lacing remained.

Mineral water & pear notes in the nose.

Thin mouthfeel. Mildly tart pear flavor up front; mineral water notes on the finish.

Refreshing & pleasantly dry. I'd have another.

375 mL bottle into a tulip

Super effervescent, creamsicle-colored brew…sticky lacing all over.

Sweet pear is prominent in the nose, with the funky, herby notes of a saison right behind.

More tradition saison on the palate - lemony, grassy, a little funky. Added pear adds a nice accent and makes the brew eminently drinkable. Medium finish, clean and crisp even through the pear sweetness.
