This is an ale brewed with sage and chervil.
Pours a medium dark yellow. Clear with a very fast fading white head.
The nose is simple with a light sage character and hints of sweet citrus fruit and sweet sage. Quite pleasant.
Mouthfeel is fresh and bright with nice acid and light carbonation. It is citrus fruity and very inviting.
Flavors are of lemon, lime and sage. This is very much like a "sage Berliner Weisse." Unique in flavor and very inviting and refreshing and appealing.
Finish is sage, green pepper and light pink pepper corns.
