Big and sudsy pour in the New Belgium snifter. Hazy pale amber. Pleasant wheaty taste with a little of the Hefeweizen flavors. Light body with some modest yeasty aromatics. More dry than sweet, but nicely balanced.
Another really inviting and well made brew from the "other" Epic. Quite yeasty for the last pour, but not bitter. From the 750 ml bottle purchased at Elizabeth Station in Bellingham. Label says bottled 4.15 Batch #1.
