So this is the first so-so creation i tried at "the brewery". indeed no work of art, rather a simple unexciting attempt along the lines of so many who have failed here: generic, "rubia" ("blonde") beer.
pour is cloudy. no i'm not tempted to think this is in any way akin to a weizen, it just seems unfiltered and rather dirty-ish.
smell is watery, sure some hops hint off the glass but it's subtle and un-complex.
taste is- unsurprisingly- watery, slightly sweet at first from the malt extract they must be running, but the end is tooo soft. a touch of hops. that's all. carbonation seemed more active when brought than when tasted, because it was also rather flat.
in all, a bad beer. really.
