This is one of those beers that you would love to give high scores all around, but alas I cannot. But, this is a very flavorful beer and I am enjoying it very much.
Poured from a bomber into a tulip glass. Dark purple brown color with little head or lacing, but this is not a significant issue. Pleasant smell and taste of dark red wine. Musky, earthy flavors, oak, and a hint of fruit punch Koolaid. The smooth body and taste along with high ABV makes this a beer you need to be careful with!
