This was poured into a becher pint glass.
The appearance was a fairly bright yellow glossy color capped by a rocky head full of white foaminess. In turn, it fell off at a gentle pace and left a messy semi-speckled lace all around my glass.
The aroma gave off a full nose of honey-ed biscuits, lemon, mango and light grapefruity rind sweetness ever so slightly playing with some grassiness. The sweet side of green pepper slightly came in further underneath.
The flavor leads with a biscuity sweetness playing with some lemon and mango sweetness. Honey-ed biscuits starting to come on stronger the more this warms. Not much of an aftertaste, but was there seemed somewhat like honey, biscuits and mango puree.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Good carbonation and an endearing finish of lemon and mango semi-sticky qualities.
Overall, good enough APA worthy of coming back to.

16oz can served in a pint glass. No date. Gift from @mr-jj.

Pours moderately hazy with a smallish head and medium quantity of fine carbonation. Smell is green, resinous, maybe piney.

Taste is lemon, pine, grass and old hay.

Mouthfeel is dry and light. Overall, it's not bad.

Big, fluffy head with great retention and nice lacing. Lemon-yellow body, lively, and hazy in a translucent, traditional way (i.e. not pulpy and opaque).

Ruby red grapefruit, lemon, mango, and grapefruit peel on the nose - roughly in that order, accompanied by light hints of caramel malt, wildflower honey, pepper, cracker, and biscuit. A touch of herbal dankness. Not overpowering, but quite pleasant.

Right off the bat, it's juicy and smooth, lively and creamy. Bright hops cleanse the palate with each sip, readying you for the next. Very mild dankness, resin, white grapes, lemon, citrus peel, ruby red grapefruit, mango, passion fruit, pineapple, and papaya are all layered atop a restrained sweet malt base of honeyed cracker and biscuit (not particularly grainy) and mild caramel.

Thanks,David.

A mildly hazy light orange with a dense, white head with good retention and lacing this looks great. The nose is bright and fruity, clean and bright, with peach, passionfruit, nectarine and a little melon. Some lemon and mango are also present. The palate opens mildly bitter with plenty of hop brightness, with mango, passionfruit, lemon, melon and peach. A beautiful riot of fruit, though clean and bright. Minimal malt character, a nice soft mouthfeel and a long fruity finish make for a delightful beer.

Fruity and juicy smell and taste. Pours a honey gold with little foam. Easy drinking DDH IPA that’s really good, but nothing to write home about.

I don't see a date listed on the can.

Appearance: The body is a bright gold with a bit of a duller appearance near the base. The body is mostly opaque but some very faint shadows are visible through heavy clouds. The head is medium and dense with frothy white lacing. Good head retention and lacing.

Aroma: The beer smells like lemon zest and grapefruit peel. There is a wildflower scent which is nice. A touch of white flour is also in the mix which is a bit unexpected.

Taste: There is a mango flavor with some light garlic. A bit of lime is in there.

Mouthfeel: It is smooth but a bit thick like drinking juice. Bitterness is low.

Overall: The can states that this is a "DDH Pale Ale" or Double Dry Hopped Pale Ale. It is a bit more like a New England Pale Ale. It has some nice juicy aromas and flavors but it just doesn't push that fresh aroma and flavor that a great Double Dry Hopped Pale Ale should have. It is good and I would drink it again but it's not something I would seek out.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, canned in 7/2019. Pours very hazy deep golden amber color with a 1 finger dense and rocky off white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lingers. Dense soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Aromas of big tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, red apple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, blueberry, gooseberry, white grape/wine, citrus peel/zest, light peppercorn/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt notes; with big strength. Taste of big tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, red apple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, blueberry, gooseberry, white grape/wine, citrus peel/zest, light peppercorn/pine, wheat, biscuit dough, light honey, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness. Light pine, citrus peel/zest, herbal, floral, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, orange juice, red grapefruit, lemon, lime, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, red apple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, blueberry, gooseberry, white grape/wine, citrus peel/rind, peppercorn, pine, wheat, biscuit dough, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitterness. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, creamy/bready, fairly sticky, and lightly resinous/rindy mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol for 5.8%. Overall this is an awesome NEAPA. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and easy to drink with the mellowly bitter/drying finish; great soft feel. Awesome Citra, Galaxy, Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin profile as expected. Very juicy, and lightly dank/earthy hops; with a perfectly balanced wheat/oat/malt backbone. Light residual sweetness with lingering resin drying. A really enjoyable offering, and spot on style example as expected.
