A: Pours a hazy pale lemon yellow in color with slightly heavier than moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly along the edges of the glass and moderate pale yellow + straw yellow colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense sudsy foamy bright white head that reduces to a couple of small patches of thin film surrounded by a large patch of slightly mottled very thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Very light amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of lime zest citrus over the top of light aromas of pale + wheat malts with a minimal amount of sweetness and a hint of brininess. Light aromas of slightly spicy saison yeast.
T: Upfront there are light flavors of pale + wheat malts with a minimal amount of sweetness and a hint of brininess. That is followed by light flavors of slightly spicy saison yeast. Finally there is a slightly stronger than moderate flavor of fresh lime zest citrus. No perceptible hop presence and minimal bitterness is present.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Hint of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a refreshing mouthfeel. Enjoyable and almost seems like a hybrid gose/table beer. I could easily have a couple of these, especially here in the hot NC summer and I could see this easily pairing with lots of different foods.

A: The beer is rather hazy yellow in color. It poured with a half finger white head that left a patch of bubbles in the center and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of lime zest are present in the nose.
T: The taste has flavors of lime zest along with notes of saltiness and hints of yeast.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is very easy to drink and has some refreshing properties. If this was a little sour and tart I could have thought it was a gose.
