slight variation on Stillwater/Mikkeller collaboration served at cask only sneak peak. the hop presence is huge in the nose, and all the citrusy, tropical fruitiness pushes the balance towards Mikkeller's side and actually brings out a little bit of the sweetness in the beer. taste isn't so far away from the plain version, but this was a really fun twist on an already incredibly well made beer that ended up being a great way to showcase the lovely simcoe hop. thanks my gypsies!!
