Appearance-
A deep, deep golden with a nice two finger white head.
Smell-
Every bit the saison with the peppery herbal aroma, complimented by citra hops.
Taste-
Follows nose, but more lemon shining through. Unfortunately, the citra hops are more demure than what I was hoping for.
Mouthfeel-
Refreshingly crisp, and dissipates quickly away from the palette.
Overall-
Glad I had a chance to try it, makes me wish I was sitting out in a field enjoying nature.

I had this on cask at Max's during Baltimore Beer Week. Served in a sample glass.
Appearance: Pours a cloudy orangish yellow with a layer of white head that disappears quickly.
Smell: Very herbal, lots of sage. Fresh grassy hops blend with the herbs and smell really good.
Taste: The hops cut the sage, which is a really good thing here. Tastes very fresh with grassy, citrus hops. The sage only adds to the goodness. Very easy to drink.
Mouthfeel: Medium body with mildly tingly carbonation and a dry finish.
Overall: I enjoyed this a lot more than the original. The hops cit the sage a bit and the flavors blend wonderfully.
