Served on tap at Max's. This beer took dry hopping very well, made this beer near perfect in my opinion.
Beer was yellow and hazy with a soft white head, low carbonation, low retention, some lacing.
HELLO AROMA!!! It's like a fruit salad up in my face right now. Pineapple, mild pine, mango, passion fruit, awesome smell seriously.
The hops dance on my tongue, I love this beer. Not bitter, but for the bitterness that comes from the grain. This beer was good but this is the best variant I had at max's. I would buy this by the keg if available.

A - Served with a cloudy, golden body...one finger of bubbly white head formed and settled quickly to a small ring...some lacing was left
S - Very nice dry hop aroma with a lot of hops leading the way...some spicy undertones are lingering
T - First sip provides some leafiness leftover from the dry-hopped nose...citrus flavors can also be picked up before the "funk" sets in...it's not as strong as in most Saison's, which I am liking...there is a subtle earthiness that has some peppery notes mixed in...after that's all said and done, a slight bitterness creeps in
M - Medium bodied...funky, spicy, bitter
O - I didn't know what to expect going into this beer...I've had Saison's from Stillwater before and they have been just okay...the dry hopping of this one helped out on the nose and helped in covering the total "funk" domination...a nice offering during Baltimore Beer Week

I had this on cask at Max's during Baltimore Beer Week. Served in a sample glass.
Appearance: Pours a cloudy orangish yellow with a layer of white head that disappears quickly.
Smell: Strong, fresh citrus hops. Sweet citrus notes and a bit herbal.
Taste: Better than the version just hopped with the Citra. Peppery and very herbal. The hops are quite citrusy with a bitter finish.
Mouthfeel: Medium body with mild, tingly carbonation and a dry finish.
Overall: This one has a really nice hop profile. Super fresh and good. I would definitely have another.
