Cellared 4 years. Thanks cellaruary! Bright orange cloudy body with a white ring. Aromas of oak, wild wheat and yeasty grains supporting big orange, lemon, flowers, honeycomb, and barnyard funk. Taste has the sweetness from the honey but it is not out of place, in fact it brings out more of the orange, lemon, I swear a hint of melon though there shouldn't be, with funk and floral tones supported by bright yet rustic oak. It is lighter in delivery but has more funk and dryness than the orignal, very smooth with oak and wild complexity shown off.

Foggy amber-orange with a moderate off-white head condensing to a fluffy blanket and bubbly ridge.
The uniquely intense floral and herbal nose imparts honeysuckle and strawberry qualities amidst the more classic orangey-ness of Drie Fonteinen geuze.
On the palate, funk and oak are so subtly integrated that this beauty practically comes across more as a literal tropical fruit juice cocktail than anything close to resembling the literal non-fruited beer that it is.
The very soflty round, delicately fluffy medium body does a lot of work to transform this beer into the otherworldly work of art that it is, finishing just gently, delicately drying after the swallow.
