L: brilliant gold in the glass filled with streams of rapidly rising bubbles under a 1" pure white foam cap with fair to good retention

S: smells like wheat bread dough with a touch of lemon and a very faint hint of funk

T: starting lemony tart with some wheat to soften the edges. It has a trace of hard candy sweetness that works nicely with the coriander which you can find if you look for it. The salt is also apparent but it is not over done

F: The beer is light and very creamy and highly effervescent.

O: This is not a challenging Gose but it is a very drinkable and refreshing one.

Pours a clear golden color. Minimal white head. Light somewhat wheat nose. Taste is interesting. Wheaty. Tart. Actually, fairly creamy feeling, and full bodied. Delicious gose.

This beer pours a beige tinted golf with a smallish head. The aroma features rich wheat cracker malts, strong salt, orange peel, coriander, cumin, and other savory spices. The flavor is moderately sour, with a huge does of salt, big biscuity malts, a decent amount of malt sweetness is also present, with powerful coriander and orange peel flavors. The mouthfeel is medium bodied with fairly strong fizzy carbonation. Overall this is unique in that it is an un-messed-about-with gose - with moderate sourness and stronger salinity, it hits what this style was supposed to, and in doing so provides a much more drinkable, curious beer.

Has improved as it warms up. Initially with a cold temp the details were not noticeable. The salt and coriander appear in time mostly in the flavor although even with warming the aroma still stays Limited. In time the coriander in the wheat appear in the aroma. Slightly cloudy weed looking ale with a very small head. Moderately like field with moderate carbonation but a bit of a Tang hangs on the tongue from the salt & acidity. Also fairly dry.
Pleasing especially as it warms up in opens up.

Tallboy into a weizen glass. Pours a slightly hazy yellow with a decent white head, lots of bubbles in the glass. Very little retention or lacing on the head. Smell has a strong, sharp wheat base with citrus-y notes and a generally sour character. The smell stays strong even once the head has dissipated, which is impressive. Tastes of lemon, coriander, and a slight malty backbone. There's a definite sweetness to it as well. Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with a good amount of carbonation, with a slightly dry and bitter finish. This is refreshing, complex, and juicy to no end, and a great summertime beer.

This is an interesting take on a Gose. It has a typical wheat base with light flourishes of coriander and salt. But is uses lemon and lime zest to impart a light tartness, which is nice but doesn't rival a traditional Gose.

Poured out a cloudy, golden-yellow color with a small, white head of foam. It smelled of lemon, a light toasty caramel. Tart lemon with a hint of salt. Slight caramel sweetness.
