Having this on tap at lake & Irving. It has a moderate coffee aroma with mild roast and a trace of whiskey. It pours bright dark brown with a thin light tan cap. It has rich flavors of coffee and whiskey with some chocolate notes and dark dried fruit. It finishes with a nice bitter accent with some hop bitterness, bittersweet chocolate and roast. The whiskey comes out on the finish. A lovely beer well worth seeking out.

Had on tap. Feel like I should be sipping this on an old world balcony with aristocracy. Really captures the irish whiskey warm and depth in smell and taste. Good oak, coffee, bakers chocolate, vanilla, and a little dry sherry. Where smell features the coffee and whiskey more, the taste brings in some leather and chewing tobacco too. Dry body with good layering from the various ingredients and barrel. Great warmth

Tap at the brewery. Aged in Jameson barrels. Poured an opaque, black color with a small, light brown head of foam. It smelled of bourbon, oak, coffee and vanilla. Sweet booziness with chocolate, vanilla and roasty coffee.

Tan head. Lace. Black color. On tap.
Lots of coffee all around. Not burnt or roasted. Jameson shows, but the coffee is the main attraction. Chocolate and cocoa. Very smooth. Could be a touch thicker.
Really solid and fun to try.
