Normally I don’t like barrel aged stouts. The taste of Jameson is very slight. There are a lot of flavors going on here! Full-bodied smooth, great winter beer on a cold day to warm your belly. Well done!

Pours black with a creamy tan head. Some bourbon and loads of chocolate on the nose - if you like chocolate, the nose will make your mouth water.
The booze presents as an oaky flavor on the taste, and is complemented perfectly by the chocolate. Delicious stuff. The mouthfeel is a bit light, but still works. Definitely worth a roll.
