Back for another season of spreading the warmth one blanket and one pint at a time, this full-bodied 2024 collaboration with Faribault Mill will wrap you up like a warm Heritage plaid blanket. Layers of dark chocolate, roasted coffee, and subtle tart cherry flavors blended with dark-roasted specialty malts and Bravo hops deliver a velvety smooth stout to sip and savor.

Pretty middle-of-the-road. Dark chocolate and coffee dominate. the “tart cherry” note is described as “subtle,” and it certainly is — if you aren’t looking for it, you probably won’t notice it. Solid, nice roast, not too sweet.

4 pack can - collab with Faribault Woolen Mills and YouthLink, a non-profit.
Upon opening the can, I immediately smelled fruit, leading me to believe this would be fruit right off the top. Poured into tulip glass. Head is beautiful but dissipates quickly; color is a dark stout color.
Bringing glass to nose I smell fruit and dark notes. First taste has some tartness that offsets the typical malty/roasty taste; some coffee, some dark chocolate, with cherry tartness finishing it, coffee mixing in also.
Not a fan of coffee beer but this is well-done. Would buy again.
