On cask at the pig.

Served to the brim of A tulip with a little tan head. Color is a deep black.

Aroma: a nice dose of coffee roast and vanilla. Very sweet and creamy. A little oak shines through. Lots of chocolate and cocoa. Some caramel malt as well. Very nice.

Taste: creamy and sweet. Caramel and vanilla with coffee roast and chocolate. Cocoa and some dark dried fruits. Molasses. The oak adds a nice layer to this beer. It reminds me a little of cedar.

Mouthfeel: incredibly smooth and creamy. A nice thickness with a lower amount of cerbonation. Ends with a very light roast, but pretty clean.

Overall, this beer was incredible. It drank incredibly easy and had so much flavor. Fulton has done something awesome here. This beer and the base beer are awesome. Darkness has some new competion in MN.
