Pours crystal clear bright yellow with a huge white head and tons of carbonation. Smell is tart, funky/brett, carbonation, mango or some unripe fruit.
Taste is funky/brett, fruity and tart. Lots of banana. A little bit of biscuit and lemon.
Mouthfeel is light and super effervescent. Overall, it's a pretty solid beer.
