Brewed with Belgian Pilsner, wheat, and rye, then aggressively mash hopped with Willamette Valley Cascades. This strong Northwest style Saison is fermented in our open tank and allowed to ramp up from 58 degrees to over 80. Finishes bone dry, spicey, and bitter.

Clear golden colour with a small long lasting white head. Good head retention and stunning lacing. Nice.
Moderately citrussy aroma with a spritzy spicy character and nice malt. Very slightly herbal.
Light malt with a good dose of tart yeast character and a touch of herbal hops. Really well balanced.
Medium light body with moderate carbonation. This sits well for me.
A solid saison with a really nice flavour profile. I like the balance of tart fruit and light malt. Very good.
