22oz : tulip snifter
one of the "Seriously Low Budget" series.
Pours a slightly hazy yellow with a fizzy-foamy white head.
Lightly funky/spicy yeast upfront with the honey and chamomile add a really pleasant finish.
Less funk and spicy yeast than the nose, and still lots of floral and Chamomile notes highlighted with light honey sweetness.
Medium body with low, prickly carbonation.
A really enjoyable, well done saison. The honey and chamomile create a really distinct, unique and most importantly, enjoyable flavor profile.
