Tap at Peppercorns.
Nice fluffy creamy 2 Finger pillowy head fades semi slowly with nice lacing, hazy golden straw color.
Nose nice farmhouse funk, good fruity esters with hint stone fruit light pear and a bit of citrus zest almost Clementine like, hint saison spices, hint lemon, light guava and musty resin with touch of passion fruit, light grainy bready saison wheat too.
Taste brings more saison farmhouse funk flavours, dry and grainy with nice wheat toasted character but all fairly light. The citrus really comes through, juicy tangerine, light grapefruit and musty passion fruit, little resin, and generic citrus tropical fruit. Saison yeast brings a hint of lemon, as well as nice pear fruit esters, bit grassy too. Bitterness is med but increases. Finish gets quite bitter as it dries, nice tropical fruit lingering with citrus, zest, and light saison funk with bready dry grainy malt.
Mouth is med bod, decent carb, fairly dry and bit crisp.
Overall quite nice, good saison profile with farmhouse and nice fruity esters, good citrus and nice tropical fruit hops, good dry finish, tasty and enjoyable.

A - Poured a crystal clear golden straw hue with a one finger head that fades to leave light thin blanket and creamy side lacing. Quite nice.
S - Aromas of light esters, sought tropical fruit, faint citrus. All is very faint though, and not much funk or in your face saison notes.
T - Taste is similar to the nose, not really funky or barnyardy, light banana, faint tropical notes and esters, gentle pepper spices and faint Belgian yeast.
M - Mouthfeel is solid for the style, nicely carbonated.
O -Overall this was an alright saison from Wormtown. Not my favorite offering from them, just a bit too subtle flute my tastes.
