We have taken a double IPA and blasted it with three different citrus flavors. We add citra hops to the boil, followed by kaffir lime leaves. Then right before bottling we mix in grapefruit oil.

Had it at EFB. Tasted like dish soap. Maybe it was infected.

Citronium is pellucid but iridescent, resembling nothing so much as an orange-gold bowl made of carnival glass that's been in my family for a few generations. The beer seems to incorporate components of different densities, resulting in a subtle waviness. A high white head dissipates after a decent pause, with minimal residual.
The taste, typical of Element's uncommon roster of products, is hard to pin down. There's lime, there's essence of grapefruit peel (or whatever), and a definite tangerine sweetness that renders the beer unchallenging, I suppose, but altogether...agreeable. The mouthfeel is quite creamy. The aftertaste is crisp with alcohol.
Citronium is something of a confection, but fascinating. As evident from the rating, I like it. My recommendation is of little consequence, however, at least for the nonce, because I was told at the brewery shop that I was buying the last bottle of a limited run.

Thanks to, I think Pete for this one.
Light fizzy head, pale orange blond color.
Nose nice fruit and citrus, melon, grapefruit, light Clementine, light line leaf like, light bready yeasty with some esters, hint apple. Nice floral hop characters.
Taste has a weird bitterness, like lime rind and leafy bitter tannin, light grainy bready, yeasty character with a light vegetable character, some Belgian yeast esters mostly, and some Light plastic phenol and mild warming booze. Some fruit, little grapefruit pith, light melon and fruity character, light chewy oily vegetal bitter hop too. Finish is still a bit sweet, bit of candy like, more bitter earthy hops.
Mouth is med bod, nice carb.
Overall ok, nothing to special, hops get a bit too overwhelming with the weird tannic bitterness. It has a mix of some great characters, and some off characters, so hard to really nail this.
