Taste: rich nutty, spiced, bread, herbs, white pepper. Sourdough, almost earthy nose.
Deep gold color, clear with a foamy white head and big lace on the glass. Crisp and tasty medium body Belgian Saison.

Golden orange, bright clarity, a flurry of rising carbonation. Long lasting head retention, creamy surface texture to the foam. Lots of lacing around the edges of the glass.
Aroma is minerally, grassy, dry hay. Belgian yeast without the obnoxious spices.
Taste is fairly even keel, no surprises, toasted malt and buttered biscuits. A light undercurrent of grassy bitterness in the aftertaste and dried fruit from the yeast. Light to medium body, ample carbonation.
Overall this beer doesn't reinvent the Saison wheel, but it's simple and nicely refreshing. Valpeezy in the house...
