Had this on draft several years ago. From my notes:
Purple/brown hue.
Off-white head; nice lace.
Red wine, dark fruits & booze in the nose.
Medium thick mouthfeel.
Date, raisin & dark cherry notes abound. Sweet but not cloying; rich in flavor. Booze hits you on the back end. A strong effort.

22 ounce bottle $19. Poured a murky, muddy, dark brown tone with no head (though not going to diss an BA beer for that). A delicious chocolate and date taste with well balanced bourbon and wood notes. Despite being a little flat, it was definitely worth the money.
