I find that a lot of Noble's stuff seems to have a hollow feel. I don't know if it's because of heavy hopping, skimpy malt use, excessive attenuation, or some combination thereof. This isn't a bad beer, to be clear. It's just a little one note, herbal, bitter hops banging on your palate until you say uncle. Not really for me.
