A nice alternative for non beer drinkers. It tastes sweet, mostly of grapefruit with only a slight beer flavor. Refreshing, particularly in a hot island climate.

As a non beer drinker this grapefruit based radler is perfect. Lowcal, low alcohol content also a plus when bar hopping all afternoon sometimes all day in the Bahamas! This refreshing beer can be augmented with a shot of your favorite vodka for more impact.

12oz clear glass bottle. Poured out a light pink color with a small, white head of bubbly foam. It left little to no lace on the glass. It smelled of grapefruit, floral notes and some light caramel. It tasted of sweet grapefruit with some tart notes. Light caramel taste with light bitterness.

L - brilliant pink with lot of clarity - very minimal white head that immediately dissipates. Looks like grapefruit juice.
S - Sweet, sugary grapefruit juice. Not overly strong in terms of smell however.
T - Tastes like sweet carbonated grapefruit juice.
F - light bodied with medium carbonation. Somewhat syrupy.
O - I had this while vacationing in the Bahamas. This is a really refreshing drink that I'm not sure qualifies as beer or just a fruit beverage with a slight amount of alcohol in it. That said, it seems a little one note in terms of flavor profile - that is, grapefruit. I'm interested to try more examples from this style as this is my first foray into the Radler style - that said, I have a tough time calling this one "beer".
