Weisse Weisse Baby is Bavarian style wheat beer that is as fresh as it gets. Brewed with traditional Bavarian yeast from Weihenstephan, WWB is somewhere in between a kristal and a hefe with its slight haze.

Pours a slightly hazy lighter yellow golden color with white fizzy head. Citrus, little funk, and some wheat tones on the nose; follows onto the palate. Light bodied. Finishes with wheat and funk, little tartness.

A: Pale yellow to orange color, thin white head, little to no lacing
S: Traditional Bavarian weizen scents of bandaid, and banana
T: I get the banana and sweetness up front, a little of the rank bandaid taste but in a good way, a little clove spice near the end and some bread as the ending taste.
M: Light to medium
O: I really like the Bavairan Weizen beers and this is the first Kristalweizen that Ive had but I tend to prefer the unfiltered Hefeweizen a bit more it seems. This is a good beer but lacks some of the smell and taste that I enjoy in these types of beers.

A: Pours a very lightly hazy pale lemon yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation and a light amount of golden yellow highlights. The beer has a two finger tall sudsy foamy bright white head that reduces to a thin film covering the entire surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of banana, clove, and light aromas of wheat malts. Very light aromas of citrus lemon as well.
T: Upfront there is a light to moderate flavor of wheat malts. That is followed by light flavors of the classic banana and clove. Finally there is a light flavor of lemon citrus in the finish which gets a touch stronger as the beer warms up.
M: Light bodied with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: Refreshing and easy to drink though nothing special. Slightly more lemony than I would traditionally associate with a Bavarian wheat beer and overall the flavors aromas are not as intense as I would expect.

Solid beer that could be great with just a little more harmony. The nose and taste both start with the classic hefe banana, but bright lemon quickly takes over. I love both of these flavors independently, and normally together, but they just didn't quite come into total harmony here. Still a nice summer thirst quencher
Edit: don't know why this is classified as a Berliner Weisse here. It is definitely not, and the packaging doesn't indicate it as such.

The beer is sold as a Berliner Weiss. It is not really representative of the style though. The head is quite impressive, but dissipates very fast into minimalism. The mouthfeel is very fizzy, with a long smooth dry finish. The sourness associated with this style is barely noticeable. This is far more akin to a witbier or hefe, but without the cloves.
