An all around excellent beer with just the right amount of honey/orange.

Clear, yellow - almost brilliant but a slight haze (possibly chill haze) - head is fine but not long lasting
Aroma - light malt with light hopiness - hard to get traditional pilsner hop aromas from this
Taste - slightly subdued crackery malt with very low hoppiness. Not a sweet beer despite the honey. Has a slightly stale taste (may be the age of the sample?)
Mouth feel - medium light malt with slight carbonation creaminess
Overall - this doesn't exhibit the crisp mouthfeel and hoppiness one expects with a pilsner - probably because it is brewed with ale yeast, not a lager yeast. Also, you expect brilliant clarity with a lager, which this lacks. overall a drinkable beer - but not a pilsner or a lager, so I find the name misleading

A: The beer is clear yellow in color and has some hints of orange hues with a slight amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a short white head that rapidly dissipated, leaving only a narrow ring of bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of orange blossom honey are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, but doesn't have much in the way of any associated sweetness that you might expect from the honey. No bitterness is perceptible, but there seem to be enough underlying hops to mask the sweetness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a little smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is packed with lots of flavors of orange blossoms in both the smell and the taste. It definitely lends some character to this beer so it isn't your average type of bland lager.
Serving type: can
