Our #1 batch was Bit O'Beaver (English Bitter), brewed in January 23rd, 2010. We decided to do an imperial version of this beer for this monumental brewing. The result is Big Beaver (Imperial English Bitter) 6.4% ABV - 57 IBU. English floor malted Maris Otter, Crystal and Biscuit malts are complimented with English grown Fuggles and Goldings Hops. Only 1 batch and sure to go fast.
