Visited this afternoon (Saturday) with my wife. Little nano-brewery run out of a dude's garage, although he has a big plot and has actually set up some parking. When we visited, there were maybe 8-10 other people there. About 6 beers on tap. Must be kid-friendly, several people were there with some kids.
He specializes in English style beers. They taste authentically like beers I've had in England, though I can't exactly express what that specific characteristic is -- something kind of earthy and woody. Main difference I would say is that he serves his colder than what I had in London, which I appreciate.
Jim's happy to talk about his beer and his brewery, seems like a friendly guy. Double garage is just packed with beer stuff and other things that (I assume) interest him.
If you like or are interested in English style beer, I'd consider this a must-stop.

A tiny little place in the middle of nowhere Bothell, Washington that specializes in English style beers. Fairly modest home style exterior with a rather cluttered, beatdown dive bar type interior. Cozy but kind of creepy at the same time.
9 or 10 taps rotating taps... Prices are on the higher end considering the other breweries in the area. , Their specialty beers were over priced. Service is pretty friendly and knowledgeable on their offerings, brewer is usually around if you have questions. As far as I know food is BYO. They have coolers with bottles on site so you can take a few with you on your way, but again, fairly over priced.
A nice enough place to knock back a couple, pretty convenient for me too as they're just a few miles up the road, but prices would tend to keep me from frequenting them. Recommended if you find yourself in the Woodinville/Bothell area.

I visited Foggy Noggin the other day with some friends of mine, and I'll definitely be going back. First of all, the pub is located in the guy's garage, which I guess is also the brewery. He's got a half-barrel system and brews something like 240 times a year (!!). The whole place is decked out in beer and sports memorabilia, with barrels as tables and an under-tent outdoor seating area as well.
He had 6 beers on CO2 and two on nitro during my visit, which is pretty impressive for a brewery in a garage. The beers I tried were all quite good, especially the cream ale and porter. The brewery focuses on English styles and seems to do them right. The brewer also operates the taps (naturally, it's his house for crying out loud), and he's a blast to talk to; really knows his stuff.
