Cask Fresh Hop

We brewed a Cask Fresh Hop with British Pale, Amber and Dark Crystal Malts and touch of Canadian 2-Row. Add some Cascade Hops at the beginning of the boil and then add 6 pounds of Freshly Harvested Cascade Hops in the boil and another pound in the Firkin Cask. The result is am incredibly smooth and balanced malt forward ale with an intense hop aroma and a gentle fresh hop character.
