Bottle: Poured a hazy light yellow color ale with a large pure white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of light peppery yeast notes with some rustic malt is quite interesting. Taste is a mix of rustic malt with some light peppery yeast notes with a thinner finish then I was expecting. Body is about average with good carbonation. A bit short on complexity but still a good beer nonetheless.

Nice yellow/straw beer with lots of carbonation and a 1-finger thick white head.
A really nice aroma full of citrus. Smells more like an IPA than a Farmhouse though. There's still yeasts aromas present in the nose, really good smell.
In the mouth there's still lots of citrus, pineapple also. There's a dryness present similar to most saisons. Really good taste also with a medium bitterness.
Good mouthfeel maybe not enough carbonation.
Probably my favorite beer from La Barberie that I have tasted in a long long time, pretty good.
