Sampled at the Mondial 2005.
Appearance: Like apricot juice, with a thin, whipped cream head (the color, not the consistency).
Smell: Not much fruit, the yeast came out big time though, like sourdough bread.
Taste: Some freshly cut green apple, yeasty, mouthfeel is a little vinous and finishes off crisp like Bacchus's nectar, but after a while it kinda tasted more like Welsh's white concord grape juice. Not bad, not great.
