Dark brown and cloudy with lots of carbonation, and 6 fingers of deep beige head.
Smells of coconut and sweet milky butter, like the Thai fake butter flavour, chocolate, and baked goods. I get pineapple in there too.
Tastes of pineapple, cocoa, sweet and sour notes, dark chocolate, and a burnt bitterness on the end. The coconut presence is there, more as the candy shavings of coconut, but not in the forefront. Light sweetness as well.
Medium body, medium carbonation, slightly sticky.
Got and drank in Chiang Mai. Having it at home May 23rd, 2017. Really enjoying this more than the mango one I had by them. Quite pleasant.

330ml bottle poured into a pint glass.
Hazy copper brown hue with some amber shade, the pour builds up thick creamy light khaki head that retains itself for a while with decent retention before collapsing to a long-lasting bubble sheet atop and leaving just very small amount of lacing.
Pineapple hits first through a nose, it is zesty, juicy, sweet, and sour, really smell like a real pineapple not a syrup one. Coconut follows closely thereafter with its sweetness and creaminess. Overall, it is quite fruity and sweet.
The taste has more touch of coconut comparing to the aroma. It still kicks off with pineapple fruitiness before coconut participating with its creaminess and sweetness. Thanks that the coconut flavor is not so overwhelming but in proper amount to balance the pineapple flavor.
Medium body with smooth mouthfeel from some crisp and moderate carbonation through the palate, finish is wet and quite refreshing.
Not your typical Saison for sure with its massive amount of pineapple and coconut pile up, it is kind of fruit beer and not bad actually but is lack of other characters except pineapple and coconut.
