Poured from a pint can, the body is an apricot yellow with nice fluffy white head. Good lacing.
Nose is tropical with a lovely waft of Nelson.
Taste has a light, clean bitterness with a subtle dankness. An enjoyable tropical flavor, mildly sweet, works well with the Nelson.
Mouth is soft and carbonation is good.

Pours an opaque golden to orange color with a fairly thick yet quick fading white head. Pretty nice lacing. Nose is pretty weak, but what is there reminds me of melon. Taste is fairly weak, but tastes like light citrus. The highlight is the bitterness.

On tap at Brewhouse Grill in Camp Hill, PA. What? Hill Farmstead in Central PA? Never imagined being able to ever have a Hill Farmstead outside of the brewery!
Beautiful hazy look as the bartender brought it out to us.
Aroma arrives even before the glass hits the lips. Super juicy, mango and pine.
Saline and pine on first taste, fruit follows beautifully with lemon rind on the finish.
Still can't believe we find a Hill Farmstead in Central PA!

16oz can dated 8/20/24.
Pours cloudy gold with an inch of white head. Moderate retention and lacing. Dank and peachy in the nose. Medium bodied with a soft mouthfeel. Unripe peach, dried mango, orange pith on the palate. Finishes dry with minimal malt and a balancing bitterness.

It arrived in a clear pint glass just after being drawn from a tap. There's not much off-white head, but that's the way we pour beer in Philly. The liquid is lovely, dark apricot-amber in color and hazy, yet bright. A wonderful hoppy aroma surrounds the vessel, maybe a little fruit and a little more pine references, but it's really just plain old hoppy. Fear not, the hops don't stand alone, as there seems to be some nice malty character involved as well. It tastes wonderful. The hops rule, especially with their bitterly clean bite at the finish. Yet, it's well balanced, with the malt providing just the right amount of sweetness and an additional taste layer, whilst providing a solid backbone to the mouthfeel. So, overall, it's never too bitter. This is just a balanced IPA that delivers what's expected from the style in a nearly flawless way. There's even some glass lacing to ponder whilst marveling at the taste.
